lol49 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page. These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the lol49 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the terms of any specific promotional offer, the terms of the promotional offer shall prevail with respect to that offer only.

Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of the lol49 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of lol49, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the lol49 platform or had an account closed by lol49 for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Age Verification
lol49 employs age verification procedures as part of its account review process. You may be required to provide documentary evidence of your age, including but not limited to a government-issued national identification card, passport, or birth certificate. lol49 reserves the right to suspend account access pending satisfactory completion of age verification.
Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, less any applicable transaction fees. Any winnings accumulated in an underage account will be forfeited in their entirety.
Responsible Gaming

Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of lol49 services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and participating in promotions — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree to notify lol49 promptly of any changes to the information held on your account. lol49 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided during registration at any time.
- You may register only one account on the lol49 platform. The creation of duplicate, additional, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
- Account registration must be completed by the individual who will use the account. You may not register an account on behalf of another person, nor may you allow any other person to use your registered account.
- All information provided during registration, including your name, date of birth, and contact details, must accurately correspond to your true identity. The use of false, fabricated, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lol49 account credentials, including your username and password. lol49 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must not access any other player's lol49 account, regardless of whether you have that player's permission.
- If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify lol49 support immediately via the contact email displayed in the footer of this page.
- lol49 reserves the right to require you to change your password at any time as a security measure.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
lol49 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as part of its account management and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on the lol49 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). lol49 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit applies by default, though lol49 reserves the right to apply individual account deposit limits in accordance with its responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations.
- Deposits are credited to your lol49 BDT wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds from the payment provider. Processing times for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically near-instant but may be subject to delays caused by the payment provider.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are not permitted and will be refunded.
- lol49 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which lol49 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. lol49 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the applicable bonus. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are satisfied will be rejected or converted to a cash withdrawal with bonus funds forfeited, at lol49's discretion.
- lol49 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
- lol49 does not process withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in the player's own name.
Currency and Exchange
The lol49 platform operates exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is performed by lol49. All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, wagering requirements, and bonus values are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
lol49 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh market events such as Eid, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup.
General Bonus Terms
- All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotional offer. In the event of any conflict between this section and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
- Bonuses are available to players who have successfully completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification. lol49 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility on a per-player or per-promotion basis.
- Each eligible player may claim each promotional bonus once only, unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise. The creation of duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes fraud.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered the required number of times before they or any associated winnings can be transferred to the main BDT wallet and withdrawn.
Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, the following default wagering conditions apply to all bonuses issued by lol49:
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry time will be forfeited.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
- lol49 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus and commenced wagering will be given reasonable notice of any material change to that bonus's terms.
- Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to coordinated bonus farming, arbitrage betting across accounts, or exploitation of promotional loopholes — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
Section 6
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the lol49 platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each individual game — including return-to-player percentages, paytable values, and special feature mechanics — are determined by the respective game provider and are accessible within the game interface.
Random Number Generator Certification
All slot, virtual table, and random-outcome games on lol49 use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness and unpredictability. lol49 does not modify, influence, or interfere with game outcomes in any way.
Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games are hosted and operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi from dedicated studio facilities. These games are subject to the rules and terms of the respective provider. lol49 is not responsible for interruptions to live dealer game streams caused by third-party infrastructure issues.
Sports Betting and Cricket Markets
Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are offered subject to separate sports betting rules published in the betting section of the lol49 platform. Bet settlement is conducted in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result under dispute, lol49 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
Disconnection Policy
In the event of a technical disconnection during an active game round, lol49's system will complete the game round in accordance with the game provider's disconnection rules. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on lol49's infrastructure, the stake for that round will be refunded to the player's account.
Section 7
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the lol49 platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment — and to comply at all times with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.
You Are Strictly Prohibited From:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access the platform, or interact with any game or market in a manner not available to standard users through the normal platform interface.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotions.
- Using the lol49 platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gambling, or structuring transactions to avoid detection.
- Exploiting technical errors, glitches, bugs, or misconfigured odds to place bets or engage in gameplay that would not be available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided by lol49.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing lol49 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to lol49 at any stage of account registration, verification, or support interaction.
- Accessing the lol49 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool intended to disguise your true location or identity, where doing so is intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or account verification measures.
- Selling, transferring, or assigning your lol49 account or any funds held in your account to any third party.
lol49 reserves the right to monitor platform activity for the detection of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, lol49 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: void affected bets and game rounds; suspend or permanently close the affected account; forfeit some or all funds held in the account; report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
lol49 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to satisfactorily complete age verification or KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
- Discovery that registration information is false, inaccurate, or fraudulent.
- Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to the account.
- At the player's own request, including requests submitted under lol49's self-exclusion programme.
- A decision by lol49 to discontinue offering services in a particular jurisdiction.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their lol49 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at the email address in the footer of this page. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the lol49 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period. Effect of Closure on Funds
Upon account closure for reasons other than a confirmed violation of these Terms & Conditions, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) held in the account will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to standard KYC verification. In cases of closure due to confirmed fraud, prohibited conduct, or material breach of these Terms & Conditions, lol49 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance.
